Do my customers need to create an account?
No. Customers subscribe directly through your portal with just their card details. They get a personal account link emailed to them to manage their subscription.
Can I offer different plans?
Yes. You can create as many plans as you like — different pricing tiers, different features. Most tradespeople offer 2-3 plans (e.g. Basic, Standard, Premium).
What if a customer wants to cancel?
Customers can cancel anytime from their account page. Their subscription stays active until the end of the billing period.
